TCLtv+ is a free content channel project that began in 2023. I was involved from the very beginning, leading competitive analysis, prototyping, and finalizing the design. I continued to support the project through multiple product and experience iterations, while also responding to evolving feature requirements.
As part of the process, I oversaw multiple platform versions—including TV, iOS, and Web—working closely with different regional teams.
